Customer Care

Every painting and photographic print created by Art + Soul Studio is done with the archive process in mind.  As an artist I take great care to ensure to work with the highest quality pigments and products to ensure the highest archival quality I can achieve.  My photographic prints (larger than 8 x 10) are laminated and mounted which means they have a seal on the surface that not only makes them look awesome, revealing great detail and depth and saturation of colours but also makes an image archival of up to 150 + years! A laminated print also does not require glass to be placed in front of the image, so you can just pop it right in a frame (if ordered unframed).  The epoxy mixed media paintings I create are also made with the highest UV resistant epoxy on the Canadian Market.  This means they are resistant to yellowing and can easily be cleaned with a damp microfibre cloth if they become dusty over time.  Although custom ordered art pieces can not be returned, exchanged or refunded, I will do my very best to ensure customer satisfaction if you are not happy with your purchase.  Please do not hesitate to contact me right away if you are not satisfied with your product.  Quality is very important to me as an artist and I do what I can to create the highest quality products.  My art should make you happy, so please don't be shy if you are not thrilled! xxoo
