SHIPPING POLICY

If you live within Canada, otherwise known as Turtle Island, your shipping is FREE!  That's right I will make sure your art is packaged and shipped in the safest way possible. I take great care when I am packaging art for shipping that it is prepared to arrive safe and sound.  I always purchase insurance (just in case) through Canada Post.  Packages that are too big to ship through Canada Post do have a shipping fee.  Most art work will ship safely and securely through Canada Post.  Local deliveries and Pick Ups can also be arranged at no cost to you if you reside within the Greater Moncton Area.  I do my best to ensure safe and efficient delivery, but can't guarantee that the post office will not experience delays due to holiday rushes, or unexpected errors or even lose an item.  I am not responsible for lost or damaged deliveries, if damaged by the shipping company.  However, this is the reason I purchase insurance and will share with you a tracking number so if the inevitable happens you can be reimbursed from the shipping service provider.  It is my prayer though that every package I send out to you arrives safe, sound and in pristine condition.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

There are NO returns or exchanges on art sales.  if you are unhappy with your product please contact me directly and I will do my best to accommodate you if possible.  Depending on the reason for a return or exchange request you may be eligible for a Art Store Credit up to $50.  Please refer to the shipping policy listed above.
